I do not consider myself a chef. I like to think of myself as a food enthusiast. Food is what unites us all. If we all gathered around a huge table and had a fantastic meal that took into account the various types of cultures and traditions we could possibly get a better understanding of each other and work towards world peace. Don’t forget the wines too.

 

I have travelled extensively and was exposed to many cultures and their food traditions. Furthermore, I have explored that aspect later out of pure interest. In my career in the hotel and restaurant industry (including the kitchen of the Ritz-Carlton Montreal), I had the pleasure and the honour of working with world renowned chefs. This was an incredible experience. 

 

My passion for teaching has prompted me to share my experience and knowledge in a fun and entertaining setting. I can express my creativity and hopefully make you discover new tastes and new foods. The more we share the stronger our chain gets.
